The plain answer

What is a somatic movement session?

Movement first, then the bowls.

Gentle guided movement first and a crystal sound bath second, with one facilitator trained in both, 30 or 60 minutes, in a room or on video. Gentle somatic movement first, crystal sound bath second. One facilitator trained in both modalities. Slow, guided movement unwinds what the body has been holding, then the bowls carry it the rest of the way.
