Q: How many Pros do we need?

It follows your headcount and how long each appointment runs. A Pro sees 3 to 3 people an hour. Tell us your headcount and we size the visit with you.

Q: What do we need to provide?

A conference room and a standard outlet. We bring the equipment, products and signage, and we set up and pack out around your schedule.

Q: How do people sign up?

We build the sign-up page for your event. Everyone picks their slot themselves, and you track sign-ups live. Across every event we run, 90%+ of appointment slots get booked.

Q: Do you handle the COI and building requirements?

Yes. Our Pros are licensed, background-checked and insured, and we send a certificate of insurance to building management on request. You never chase a form.

Q: Is gratuity included?

No. Pricing is all in, and gratuity is always optional. Your Pros are paid the same either way.

Q: How far ahead should we book?

We recommend at least one week. That gives us time to confirm Pros in your city, send the COI to your building and get the sign-up page in front of your team so the slots fill.

Q: Do you serve remote teams?

Facials is an on-site service, so it runs wherever you have an office. For the people who are not in the building, our group sessions run over Zoom or hybrid, from the same team: mindfulness, sound baths, yoga, strength, dance and somatic movement.

Licensed estheticians run express 20-minute facials in a room we turn into a treatment space.

Priced per Pro, per hour, all in, with no setup, travel or equipment fees. Three things set the number: how many employees you want seen, how long each appointment runs, and how often we come back. Recurring programs save 10% at four or more visits a year and 15% at nine or more.
