Most first-time NYC teams start with a 24 to 36 person event, with pricing starting around $1,000. The final number depends on your service mix, headcount, and whether it's a one-off or a recurring program. We'll quote each event to your specific needs.
Midtown, FiDi, SoHo, Hudson Yards, Flatiron, Chelsea, Tribeca, the Meatpacking District, Williamsburg, DUMBO, and Long Island City. We also cover Jersey City and Hoboken for teams that ask. Most NYC events use therapists already based in the borough you're in.
A four-hour event with two therapists serves around 24 people. Smaller offices often book two therapists for three hours (about 18 appointments). Larger events scale by adding pros; a full-floor activation with eight therapists comfortably serves 80 to 100 employees in a day.

DraftKings, BCG, Betterment, Datadog, Wachtell Lipton, and Wix all run regular programs with us. Tech, finance, law, and creative agencies make up most of our NYC roster.
Yes. We run events every week of the year, including holiday weeks and through summer. Snow days are rare cancellations; therapists usually still make it. Q4 books out four to six weeks in advance, so plan early if you want a December event.
Everything. Licensed therapists or service pros, all the equipment, supplies, ambiance setup (essential oils, music, lighting), and a dedicated event coordinator who runs the day. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. No travel surcharges inside our service areas, no setup fees, no tipping required.
A standard chair massage station needs about an 8 by 8 foot area, and we usually set up two stations for a typical event. Most teams use a conference room, a pod of empty offices, or a quiet corner of an open floor. We bring everything else, including chairs, towels, supplies, and the music.
Yes. Every therapist on our roster is licensed and insured in New York. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance and individual licensure documentation to your office building or HR team before the event.
Yes. We also bring on-site headshots, hair and makeup, nails, facials, and mindfulness sessions to offices in New York. Many of our clients combine services for a single full-day event, like massage and headshots together, or facials and hair styling for a holiday party.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can often turn around shorter timelines depending on the city and the date. If you're planning around a specific moment (Open Enrollment, end-of-quarter, a holiday party, a conference activation), tell us as early as you can and we'll hold the date.
Yes, this is most of what we do. Many of our clients run quarterly or monthly programs across multiple offices. Recurring cadence comes with built-in discounts, and a single point of contact who coordinates every location. BCG runs Shortcut programs in five cities; DraftKings runs in four.
