Most first-time Las Vegas clients start with a 24 to 36 person event, with pricing starting around $1,000. Conference activations on the Strip are typically larger and quoted by the day. Office programs and conference budgets each get their own custom proposal.
The Strip, Downtown, Summerlin, Henderson, and the Arts District. We cover all of Clark County. Strip-side conference centers (Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, the Venetian Expo) are a major part of our Vegas work.
Office events follow the same standard: two therapists for four hours serves about 24 people. Conference activations are a different shape, often six to twelve therapists across two or three days serving 200 to 1,000 attendees.

DraftKings is our largest Las Vegas partner; we also work with SEMrush. Hospitality groups, gaming companies, and conference exhibitors round out our local roster.
Yes. We run office programs every month and conference activations cluster around CES (January), HIMSS, NAB, and the fall gaming and tech calendar. The August quiet stretch is actually a great window for last-minute office bookings.
Everything. Licensed therapists or service pros, all the equipment, supplies, ambiance setup (essential oils, music, lighting), and a dedicated event coordinator who runs the day. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. No travel surcharges inside our service areas, no setup fees, no tipping required.
A standard chair massage station needs about an 8 by 8 foot area, and we usually set up two stations for a typical event. Most teams use a conference room, a pod of empty offices, or a quiet corner of an open floor. We bring everything else, including chairs, towels, supplies, and the music.
Yes. Every therapist on our roster is licensed and insured in Nevada. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance and individual licensure documentation to your office building or HR team before the event.
Yes. We also bring on-site headshots, hair and makeup, nails, facials, and mindfulness sessions to offices in Las Vegas. Many of our clients combine services for a single full-day event, like massage and headshots together, or facials and hair styling for a holiday party.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can often turn around shorter timelines depending on the city and the date. If you're planning around a specific moment (Open Enrollment, end-of-quarter, a holiday party, a conference activation), tell us as early as you can and we'll hold the date.
Yes, this is most of what we do. Many of our clients run quarterly or monthly programs across multiple offices. Recurring cadence comes with built-in discounts, and a single point of contact who coordinates every location. BCG runs Shortcut programs in five cities; DraftKings runs in four.
