Got questions?

How much does corporate massage cost in Boston?

Most of our first-time Boston clients start with a 24 to 36 person event, with pricing starting around $1,000. From there it scales with the services you choose, your headcount, and how often you run it. We'll send you a custom proposal once we know what your team needs.

What Boston neighborhoods does Shortcut serve?

We cover the Seaport, Financial District, Back Bay, Cambridge, Kendall Square, the Innovation District, Fenway, and the Longwood Medical Area. We also travel out to Waltham, Burlington, and the 128 corridor. If your office is in Greater Boston, we'll get there.

What's the minimum group size for Boston office wellness events?

A standard event runs two therapists for four hours and serves about 24 employees. Smaller half-day formats work well for offices with 12 to 20 people on-site. There's no hard minimum on group size; we scale therapists, hours, and service mix to your headcount.

How do I book on-site massage at my Boston office?

Use the sign-up form on this page. A member of our sales team will be in touch within 24 hours to talk through your team's wellness goals and put together a proposal tailored to your office.

What employers in Boston use Shortcut?

DraftKings and BCG are two of our regular Boston partners. We also work with biotech and life sciences teams across Cambridge and the Seaport, and with finance and consulting offices in Back Bay and Downtown. Full client list available on request.

Are services available year-round in Boston?

Yes. We run events through Boston winters without weather cancellations; therapists travel with their own equipment and set up indoors. Q4 and Q1 book up fastest, especially around Open Enrollment, holiday weeks, and the post-bonus stretch in February.

What's included in the price of a Shortcut event?

Everything. Licensed therapists or service pros, all the equipment, supplies, ambiance setup (essential oils, music, lighting), and a dedicated event coordinator who runs the day. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. No travel surcharges inside our service areas, no setup fees, no tipping required.

What space do we need to host an on-site massage event in Boston?

A standard chair massage station needs about an 8 by 8 foot area, and we usually set up two stations for a typical event. Most teams use a conference room, a pod of empty offices, or a quiet corner of an open floor. We bring everything else, including chairs, towels, supplies, and the music.

Are Shortcut's therapists licensed in Massachusetts?

Yes. Every therapist on our roster is licensed and insured in Massachusetts. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance and individual licensure documentation to your office building or HR team before the event.

Do you offer wellness services beyond massage in Boston?

Yes. We also bring on-site headshots, hair and makeup, nails, facials, and mindfulness sessions to offices in Boston. Many of our clients combine services for a single full-day event, like massage and headshots together, or facials and hair styling for a holiday party.

How far in advance should we book a corporate wellness event?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can often turn around shorter timelines depending on the city and the date. If you're planning around a specific moment (Open Enrollment, end-of-quarter, a holiday party, a conference activation), tell us as early as you can and we'll hold the date.

Do you support recurring or multi-city wellness programs?

Yes, this is most of what we do. Many of our clients run quarterly or monthly programs across multiple offices. Recurring cadence comes with built-in discounts, and a single point of contact who coordinates every location. BCG runs Shortcut programs in five cities; DraftKings runs in four.
