Most first-time Philadelphia clients start with a 24 to 36 person event, with pricing starting around $1,000. Final pricing depends on the services you choose, your headcount, and the cadence (one-time vs. recurring). Every proposal is custom.
Center City, University City, Old City, the Navy Yard, Fishtown, and the Schuylkill Yards. We also travel out to King of Prussia, Conshohocken, and Radnor for teams in the western suburbs.
Two therapists for four hours serves about 24 people, which is our most common Philadelphia format. We can run shorter or longer events depending on how many employees are on-site that day.

Yes. We run events through every season; Center City offices book year-round, and University City sees a natural lift in the academic calendar (September and February).
Everything. Licensed therapists or service pros, all the equipment, supplies, ambiance setup (essential oils, music, lighting), and a dedicated event coordinator who runs the day. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. No travel surcharges inside our service areas, no setup fees, no tipping required.
A standard chair massage station needs about an 8 by 8 foot area, and we usually set up two stations for a typical event. Most teams use a conference room, a pod of empty offices, or a quiet corner of an open floor. We bring everything else, including chairs, towels, supplies, and the music.
Yes. Every therapist on our roster is licensed and insured in Pennsylvania. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance and individual licensure documentation to your office building or HR team before the event.
Yes. We also bring on-site headshots, hair and makeup, nails, facials, and mindfulness sessions to offices in Philadelphia. Many of our clients combine services for a single full-day event, like massage and headshots together, or facials and hair styling for a holiday party.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can often turn around shorter timelines depending on the city and the date. If you're planning around a specific moment (Open Enrollment, end-of-quarter, a holiday party, a conference activation), tell us as early as you can and we'll hold the date.
Yes, this is most of what we do. Many of our clients run quarterly or monthly programs across multiple offices. Recurring cadence comes with built-in discounts, and a single point of contact who coordinates every location. BCG runs Shortcut programs in five cities; DraftKings runs in four.
