Everything. Licensed therapists or service pros, all the equipment, supplies, ambiance setup (essential oils, music, lighting), and a dedicated event coordinator who runs the day. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. No travel surcharges inside our service areas, no setup fees, no tipping required.

What space do we need to host an on-site massage event in Los Angeles?

A standard chair massage station needs about an 8 by 8 foot area, and we usually set up two stations for a typical event. Most teams use a conference room, a pod of empty offices, or a quiet corner of an open floor. We bring everything else, including chairs, towels, supplies, and the music.

Are Shortcut's therapists licensed in California?

Yes. Every therapist on our roster is licensed and insured in California. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance and individual licensure documentation to your office building or HR team before the event.

Do you offer wellness services beyond massage in Los Angeles?

Yes. We also bring on-site headshots, hair and makeup, nails, facials, and mindfulness sessions to offices in Los Angeles. Many of our clients combine services for a single full-day event, like massage and headshots together, or facials and hair styling for a holiday party.

How far in advance should we book a corporate wellness event?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We can often turn around shorter timelines depending on the city and the date. If you're planning around a specific moment (Open Enrollment, end-of-quarter, a holiday party, a conference activation), tell us as early as you can and we'll hold the date.

Do you support recurring or multi-city wellness programs?

Yes, this is most of what we do. Many of our clients run quarterly or monthly programs across multiple offices. Recurring cadence comes with built-in discounts, and a single point of contact who coordinates every location. BCG runs Shortcut programs in five cities; DraftKings runs in four.
